Access 2007 I want to be able to move the cursor using VBA code. What are you trying to achieve?
On the right hand side you will see the options to change the Mouse Pointer size and pointer color. Use the pointer size options to change the size of the Mouse Pointer. Use the Pointer color options to change the color of the Mouse pointer. The I-beam - indicates that you may type text in this area. The fill handle - used for copying formula or extending a data series. Used to select a whole row/column when positioned on the row number or column letter. Appears at the border of the column letters. Drag to widen or narrow the width of a column. Appears at the border between the row numbers.

You didn't post your RECT and POINT type declarations though so check these are correct. Other than that there must be something else going on causing the effect you're getting. It turned out to be the way the guest add-ins (integration features) work in VirtualBox. It is a security issue since the mouse in the VM is the same as the mouse on the host. This is when running in the VirtualBox GUI on the host. It is not an issue when using remote desktop to connect the VM and the code works in that environment.
